We have worked with our framing partners for many years and we are able to provide an extensive range of high quality wood and aluminium glass picture frames in a wide range of colours, styles and sizes.

We are happy to offer advice to frame any print or artwork on our website or that you may have bought already.

10% Discount on any framing when you buy artwork from us and get it framed

When  you purchase from the Art store or online and get it framed with us we will give you a 10% discount on your framing.

Framing Options

There are many stock moldings available, including oak, ash, pine and aluminium frames. We also have many different mount-boards in a wide range of colours and grades, from standard acid-free to museum quality.

Hand Finishing

We have a large range of natural wood moldings that can be stained to match or complement the artwork. Finishes include stained, waxed, painted and special paint treatments.

Custom Framing

The custom framing service we offer will present your picture to the standard of a professional gallery:

-Your frame is constructed to the exact measurement of your print, regardless of size.
-Each frame is hand-made, ensuring the joints are perfectly positioned and will not move apart even after years of hanging.
-Our solid wood frames can be stained in a wide variety of colours to exactly match your decor.
-We use the highest quality 2mm float glass to ensure clarity and consistency throughout.
-We will often recommend that custom framing includes Dry Mounting your print. This specialist process seals your print to the -framing board and prevents bubbling, creasing or warping over time.
-Many prints (especially limited editions) benefit from adding a mount to create the perfect border. Our mount boards come in a wide -choice of subtle shades, they are also acid-free and museum quality (to ensure they never damage your print).
-We also offer a wide range of specialist framing options such as anti UV glass, conservation mounting and box framing.

Conservation Framing

When framing any item of personal value or money value it is important to think of the following 3 parts:

1.                  Glass

We offer three grades of conservation glass, alongside the standard clear and non-reflective grades of glass, that help reduce UV damage to colours by 98%. These three grades are conservation clear, reflection control and museum.

2.                  Mountcard

We have a comprehensive collection of standard pH neutral white core mount-boards. We also stock both museum and conservation level boards for use on limited edition and original pieces. These are available in double and single thicknesses.

3.                  Bevelled accents

Bevelled accents are deeper mounts that add an extra dimension to your artwork.
